Florida Statue Chapter 565.02 as it pertains to liquor licensing for veterans' organization states that we can not serve non-members except in the case of guests of members. To be sure that our liquor license and our wonderful volunteer bartenders are not in jeopardy, we must sign in all guests. This includes non-member spouses and adult children of members. Please help us by remembering to use the sign-in book. We welcome guests of members and prospective members as always, but we need to maintain our records to show compliance with the law.
